Membership & Booking Policy

This policy exists to ensure fairness, clarity, and respect for both our teachers and our community. By purchasing a class, pack, or membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

  • All classes must be booked via our booking system prior to attendance.

  • Spaces are limited and subject to availability

  • Waitlists may operate for full classes.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Out of respect for our teachers and fellow students:

  • Late cancellation: Cancelling a class less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a $15 charge.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend without cancelling will incur a $20 charge.

  • All fees are automatically charged to the card on file.

3. Class Packs

  • Class packs are non-transferable and valid for use by one person only.

  • Packs activate on your first class attended.

    • 5 class pack has a 3 month expiry date

    • 10 class pack has a 6 month expiry date.

  • Expiry dates are firm and cannot be extended for missed classes, travel, illness, or schedule changes.

4. Memberships (Upfront)

  • Unlimited memberships allow access to regular scheduled classes only.

  • Workshops, courses, special events, and teacher trainings are not included unless stated otherwise.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Memberships activate on your first class attended.

  • Memberships expire at the end of the stated term (6 or 12 months).

  • Expiry dates are firm and are not extended for missed classes, travel, or changes in timetable.

  • Memberships cannot be paused or extended, except in the case of a serious medical issue.

  • Medical pauses require documentation and are granted at studio discretion.

5. Memberships (Direct Debit Unlimited)

  • Contracts are automatically renewed and will activate from date of purchase.

  • The corresponding membership amount will be debited monthly on the 14th from your nominated account.

  • A member can terminate their contract/membership anytime after 3 months online via their Momence account.

  • Memberships and class passes are non-refundable and non transferable.

  • Memberships and class passes may not be shared.

  • Online booking privileges may be suspended or terminated if the student ‘no shows’ or cancels at late notice, excessively.

6. Payments & Cards on File

  • A valid card must be kept on file for all memberships.

  • Cards on file are used exclusively for late cancellation or no-show fees, or other charges agreed to at purchase.

  • Failed or declined payments must be resolved before further bookings can be made.

7. Pricing & GST

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

  • Prices are GST-inclusive, where applicable.

  • Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing packs or memberships already purchased.

8. Changes to Classes or Teachers

  • We reserve the right to change class times, teachers, formats, or cancel classes where necessary.

  • Class cancellations by the studio will not count as a late cancellation and will not incur any fee.

9. Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, missed classes, or unused portions of packs or memberships, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

10. Agreement

Purchase or use of our services constitutes acceptance of this Membership & Booking Policy.
