Rhythm

  • Beginner

A joyful, high-energy dance class that reconnects you to your body through music, movement, and soul.

Blending the sensuality of belly dance with the fiery flair of Latin styles, Rhythm is about more than choreography — it’s about feeling the beat, expressing from the inside out, and learning to move your body in flow with sound. Through guided sequences and freestyle moments, you'll build cardiovascular endurance, body awareness, and confidence — all while having fun.

No dance experience needed — just bring your body, your breath, and your desire to move.

Expect: infectious music, full-body movement, flowing sequences, and an uplifting energy that stays with you long after class ends.
