Longevity

  • A gentle and nourishing practice designed to mobilise the joints, awaken intuitive movement, and cultivate a lifelong practice.
Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, qigong, and martial arts, this class combines gentle joint mobility, yoga therapy, and functional movement with a focus on balance, leg strength, and stability.

Through intuitive repetition and deep internal focus, this class cultivates steadiness, self-awareness, and resilience — both on and off the mat.

Perfect for all ages and skill abilities — especially those seeking sustainable strength, rehabilitation, and a meditative, therapeutic approach to movement.

Expect: progressive yoga sequences, centring practices, breath-led movement, and a grounded sense of aliveness.

Vitality

  • A dynamic and invigorating practice that builds strength, circulation, and inner fire.

Rooted in classical Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Vitality emphasises precise alignment, disciplined movement, and a full-spectrum yogic approach. Expect strong sequences designed to stabilise, mobilise and energise — with a particular focus on upper body strength, wrist conditioning and grip endurance.

This is a practice that transforms — physically, mentally, and energetically. Ideal for practitioners seeking to cultivate their own unique aliveness.

Expect: intelligent sequences, dynamic holds, strength-based drills, and an empowered approach to yoga.

Power

  • This class challenges familiar Hatha and Vinyasa-based movements with longer holds and deeper muscle engagement. With detailed attention to alignment and quality of movement, Power enhances flexibility, joint integrity, and muscular endurance — targeting not just the outer body, but deep stabilising tissues like tendons and ligaments.

Experience a full-body sculpt with special focus on the core as the engine of movement. Slow, strong and breath-led. Best suited to practitioners looking to build intelligent, functional strength from the inside out. Optional wrist and ankle weights are available for those seeking feats of endurance.

Expect: slow-paced strength, weighted holds, breath awareness, and deep endurance work.

Animal Body

  • A primal movement experience that takes you off the mat and into your body — just as evolution intended.

Informed by Animal Flow, Budokon, yoga asana, and locomotion practices, Animal Body explores ground-based movement patterns that awaken coordination, agility, and deep core strength. Through drills, flows, and playful transitions, you'll train your entire system to move like a strong, mobile, and intelligent animal.

This is a movement practice designed to sculpt, challenge, and connect you with every part of your body. It’s sweaty, skilful, and surprisingly fun.

Open to all levels and capabilities. Come ready to move, play, and rediscover your body's raw power and potential.

Expect: full-body activation, low-floor movement, creative sequences, strength and mobility drills.

Calm

  • Come back to your centre with a guided blend of pranayama (yogic breath control) and meditation designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner landscape.

This 30-minute practice begins with gentle pranayama to expand breath capacity, clear stagnant energy, and cultivate focus. From there, you’ll be guided through grounding meditation techniques that support clarity, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of presence.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a spacious pause in your day — a moment to reset, and return to centre.

Expect: gentle seated or supine breath work and guided meditation techniques.

A joyful, high-energy dance class that reconnects you to your body through music, movement, and soul.

Blending the sensuality of belly dance with the fiery flair of Latin styles, Rhythm is about more than choreography — it’s about feeling the beat, expressing from the inside out, and learning to move your body in flow with sound. Through guided sequences and freestyle moments, you'll build cardiovascular endurance, body awareness, and confidence — all while having fun.

No dance experience needed — just bring your body, your breath, and your desire to move.

Expect: infectious music, full-body movement, flowing sequences, and an uplifting energy that stays with you long after class ends.
