What should I bring to class?

Comfortable clothing to move in - At Body Alive, we provide you with a Manduka Yoga mat and all other props. Water, tea, coffee and refreshments are available upstairs or next door in the Fort Largs Eatery.

What can I expect in the studio?

Classes will differ based on class style and teacher. Shoes must be removed and all additional belongings to be place in the provided storage lockers. If you have questions about which class style is best suited to you, have a look at our class descriptions or come in and have a chat with us!

What if I’m new to yoga?

Welcome to your best investment yet. Our Longevity classes are a perfect place to start slow, get to know our community and learn how your body wants to move.

How do I book for class?

You can book via our website here or download the Momence App to create a profile and book future classes with ease.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Once you’re booked into class, you can cancel anytime via your Momence app prior to 2 hours from class start time. Cancelling within the 2 hour window will result in a cancellation or a no-show fee. See our full T&C’s here.

What if I am late to class?

For your first class, arrive 10–15 minutes early. For future classes, arrive 5–10 minutes early. Class will begin on time, and late entry is not permitted out of respect for other students. No class refunds are provided for late arrivals.

Can I leave class early?

Classes will start and finish on time. Leaving early is not permitted out of respect for the teacher and other students in class. If you are feeling unwell, please notify the teacher for assistance.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available in the Fort Largs carpark, around the back of the Fort and along the Esplanade.

Can I arrive early / stay after class?

Absolutely! The upstairs section of the studio is available for your leisure before and after class. Bathrooms, food and drinks are located in the Eatery next door during opening hours.

Can I bring my child to class?

Classes are for ages 16 and older.

Can I share my pass or membership?

Passes and memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they are assigned to. See our full class T&C’s here.
